Reconnect with your body, build strength gently, and enjoy a morning designed just for you and your little one. This is the perfect space for mums getting back into fitness, including gentle free weight and body weight exercises, it's aimed for those after something a little more upbeat. The workout is designed to be done at a pace that feels good for your body, it doesn't matter if this is your first fitness class or not, it's a welcoming space where babies are welcome throughout, with plenty of breaks, cuddles, and flexibility built in. Afterwards, unwind together with a playful Mum & Baby Yoga session filled with gentle stretches, bonding moments, songs, movement, and relaxation for both mum and baby. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and enjoy some joyful time together, embrace those gummy smiles and mindful moments. To finish the morning, relax and refuel with delicious smoothies and homemade energy balls while chatting with other mums and enjoying a little well-deserved self-care. Whether you’re coming for the movement, the community, or simply a change of scenery, this retreat morning is all about helping you feel supported, energised, and connected, with your baby by your side every step of the way.
