Service Description
Mum & Me Movement is a gentle, welcoming fitness class designed to help you rebuild strength and confidence after having a baby at your own pace. Focusing on simple bodyweight and light free-weight exercises, each session supports you in gradually improving strength, stability, and overall movement in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re completely new to exercise or returning after some time away, this class is created with beginners in mind. Babies are always part of the experience. They’re welcome to stay close in a carrier, relax beside you on a mat, or enjoy a dedicated space with toys while you move. There’s no pressure, just flexibility to do what works best for you and your baby on the day. Above all, Mum & Me Movement is about feeling good, having fun, and connecting with your body again, alongside a community of other mums doing the same. Exercise plays a huge part in Motherhood for me and I'm so excited to be able to reintroducing this class.
